Welcome back to another episode of MUTV (Mustard Television.) I am your host Dijon Derek! Everyone here at MUTV would like to thank you so much for your support on our debut episode. Executives, not named Derek, were thrilled with the ratings and have greenlit a full series order of this television program! We are so happy to share with you music videos made by independent artists from across the globe.
Before the show tonight I shared with the producers my passport photo. This is a program that highlights independent artists from around the world. Culture is something everyone here - including myself, Derek, take very seriously. I knew we would be featuring international talent and wanted to share with you that a photo that represents my love of travel. Derek’s, as you may be aware, love to travel and learn more about other cultures. Just wanted to show some proof of that -
Appreciate it, Jake. Thank you for sharing that image with our viewers. Jake works graphics and is stellar at their job. As a Derek we are proud to provide friends, family, and coworkers with positive reinforcement. Kindness isn’t exclusive to being a Derek but it is something we pride ourselves on.
You have heard plenty about myself and our wonderful staff here. Let us get started with the show!
Kicking us off today is a well-traveled independent hip-hop artist, activist, and poet B. Dolan! B. Dolan recently launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund an open source record label! Everyone at MUTV hopes Dolan has another successful campaign! Super excited to see how it develops.
We will be presenting you “Fantasy Baseball” off their 2024 album The Wound is Not The Body.
B. Dolan - Fantasy Baseball (Providence, Rhode Island)
Francesca Fuentes - I Just Wanna Be Your Lover Again (New Jersey)
What an incredible video! Do you know what sport they were playing? Dijon Derek is not familiar with it.
Dijon Derek has received word from Jessica, one of our producers, that they were bowling in that music video. Jessica has found an informative video on how to bowl - tutorial provided to us by the National Bowling Academy!
Bowling looks like so much fun! Derek’s do not participate in indoor sports often. But perhaps after this episode they will go out and “hit the pins.” If you have a bowling tips for us here at MUTV we would love to hear them!
Enough about bowling! Let’s get back to what you tuned in for - music made by independent musicians from all across this round globe. Flat Earth Frank, one of our camera operators, is shaking their bottle in disagreement right now. But that is okay - debates like that are better suited for another television program.
Up next, out of Uzbekistan, is Ericka Janes and Wladek Sheen with “Busy For Your Love!” Let’s roll-
Ericka Janes, Władek Sheen - Busy For Your Love (Tashkent, Uzbekistan)

Last week we played “Die In Denver” by ska band Catbite apart of the incredible label Bad Time Records. Up next on deck is another member of the Bad Time Records - JER. JER is known as the “CEO of Ska” and also operates underneath the “Skatune Network” moniker on all social media platforms. What you’re about to check out is a song from their debut album “Bothered/Unbothered.”
If anyone tells you that ska is dead don’t listen to them. As a Derek, it is my duty, to do my best to inform you of accurate information.
Let’s roll!
